Notes:

This charger mount insert is designed to allow you to charge your Moto 2 while riding. It is designed to connect to a motorcycle battery using ring terminals, similar to how other accessories such as heated grips are typically attached to motorcycles.

The design allows all mounts (except the universal mount) to be adapted to the device. To install, the original mounting insert must be removed from the mount and then the powered insert is inserted. The charger mounting insert will have three different screws to allow it to be attached to all the different mounting options.

It uses Pogo pins to charge the device using contacts located on the bottom of the device. There are several design features to avoid corrosion issues that can typically affect this type of charging mount on other navigation products. Corrosion can occur as the mount is likely to be left outside for long periods of time in inclement weather.

The power mount insert can be installed with the cable exit at the top or bottom. The rectifier chip in the device provides this by allowing the contact to receive a positive or negative charge.
